What We Do / Retained HR Service

A proactive HR capability working in partnership with you to provide
operational HR support and help with implementation.

This would provide you with your own HR team, accessible to both managers and staff without the costs and risks of employing your own in-house team on your headcount.

• Fully accessible advice service for both your managers and staff.

• Tailored to meet your specific needs be it admin or employee relations support, or both if that is required.

• Support is virtual although we can come on-site if required.

• Leadership Team support and attendance at LT meetings, if required.

• We will work with your systems and save documents on to your server or cloud-based systems.

• We will help you create HR Materials that reflect your business and culture.

• Provided through a retained contract and a monthly fee to be determined depending on time required.

We offer three types of HR Retained Services:

• Our Full Virtual HR service with a dedicated team providing full operational HR Management and HR Administrative support to your business.

• Our Virtual HR Manager service with a dedicated HR Manager to support your day-to-day employment matters.

• Our Virtual HR Administrator service with a dedicated team of HR Administrators we can work with your existing systems and save documents to your server.

Our HR Retained services can be delivered as stand-alone services or we can work in partnership with your in-house HR lead, should you have one.
