What We Do / Pay As You Go HR Service

A straightforward arrangement providing ad-hoc HR support/advice when you need it.
Our Pay As You Go service is perfect for advice on people problems as and when you need it.

A great starting point for you and Apodi to get to know each other.

• Blended solution which enables access to HR advice at all levels depending on the type of advice you need – available 5 days per week

• Advice and access is to your managers only and not staff.

• Support is on a reactive basis following a request for help.

• Typically delivered virtually however, our HR team will provide HR coaching and implementation advice on-site if required.

• Suits smaller organisations where there is a low volume of HR related activity, and the work is ad hoc.

• Suits new start-ups or new entrants into the UK; where interim support is required; and/or where there is already an established level of HR competence and top up support, or specific expertise is required.

• No long term contract. Based on an hourly rate, pro-rated for time worked and billed at the end of each month. You only pay for what you use.
